  • what does a training session look like?

Check out my TikTok and Instagram for some clips of my training sessions.

  • What gear should I get for boxing? For kickboxing/Muay Thai?

I recommend 16oz gloves and shield-style shin guards (not the cloth competition-style shin guards). With that said, it depends on your goals.

For example, Strikers who do a lot of mitt and bag work may want a pair of 12oz gloves. Muay Thai fighters may want knee pads to practice their clinch game.
