  • what does a training session look like?

Check out my TikTok and Instagram for some clips of my training sessions.

You can find a written description of my training session formats here for striking lessons and here for personal training.

  • What gear should I get for boxing? For kickboxing/Muay Thai?

I recommend 16oz gloves and shield-style shin guards (not the cloth competition-style shin guards). With that said, it depends on your goals.

For example, Strikers who do a lot of mitt and bag work may want a pair of 12oz gloves. Muay Thai fighters may want knee pads to practice their clinch game.

Send me an email and I’m happy to provide more detailed recommendations.

  • my gym allows guests - can you train me there?

yes. Send me an email and we can set up a training session.

I teach Kickboxing/Muay Thai at Broad Street Kickboxing every Thursday at 5:45pm. Learn more about those classes by clicking the link, or drop me an email.

  • Do you have experience with clients who have a history of training limitations / injuries?

Yes! I am fortunate to have worked with an extremely diverse array of clients, whose training histories include hip replacements, ligament reconstruction, nerve damage, disc herniations and bulges, and birth defects.

Whatever your capabilities, I can help you develop your movement/training practice.

  • DO I HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT TO TRAIN WITH YOU?

No. I will never make you sign a contract. I do not offer any sort of membership or subscription system. You pay per session and train when it fits your schedule!
