I don’t want to fight/compete. can I still train with you?
Yes! Regardless of your goals for the sport, everyone can benefit from boxing/kickboxing. The same goes for personal training. We’ll discuss your goals and create a training plan that suits you.

How do I book a session?
fill out the interest form and I will respond to you via email. From there we can schedule a session, or a call to talk about your training goals.

where can we train?
I hold training sessions at broad street kickboxing and triad wellness, as well as in-home and virtual sessions.

Can I bring a friend to train with me?
Yes. At no extra charge, you can bring one other person to train with.

How much does a session cost?
I offer competitive pricing with discounts on bulk training packages, as well as discounts for students, teachers, healthcare professionals, and more.

What gear should I get for boxing? For kickboxing/Muay Thai?
I recommend 16oz gloves and shield-style shin guards (not the cloth competition-style shin guards). With that said, it depends on your goals.
For example, Strikers who do a lot of mitt and bag work may want a pair of 12oz gloves. Muay Thai fighters may want knee pads to practice their clinch game.
