WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • 1-hour training sessions.

  • Includes warmup and the Training modality of your choosing (i.E. cardio, resistance training, Kettlebells, etc.)

WHAT TO BRING/WEAR:

  • I recommend breathable clothing and athletic sneakers.

WHERE WILL WE TRAIN:

I am available for personal training at several different locations.

  • Triad wellness:

    • located at 507 s 4th St

    • this location is well suited for clients interested in resistance training and mobility/flexibility work.

  • Broad street kickboxing:

    • Located at 1025 Hamilton street

    • equipped with a small weight room and a large open mat space, this location is well suited for clients interested in hiit, kettlebell, and combat-specific conditioning sessions.

  • In-home and virtual sessions are also available.
